VoSoL HC otic solution is a prescription ear drop useful in the treatment of superficial infections of the external ear canal. A frequent source of these infections is from contamination of the external ear canal by pond or lake water and hence the malady is often referred to as Swimmer's Ear. External ear infections may however result from a variety of other sources. The infection is frequently associated with acute pain and inflammation. VoSol HC exhibits antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory activity to eliminate the infection and reduce inflammation and pain.

Place 3 to 5 drops of VoSol HC otic solution in the affected ear 3-4 times daily. If wicks are used in conjunction with VoSol HC, follow the directions provided by the prescribing physician.
